bench vise BV700

Patented bench vise with extra long clamping arm / BV-700 series

From its outlook, it is different from traditional shape - straight narrow jaw clutch across the central part. With its extra long clamping arm  which can clamp longer object through jaw, it is installed with ball bearing installed inside spindle which gives user to operate this vise in a quick & smooth way. Hardener jaw block with " V " grooves is a special design which can hold different shapes of object  firmly without slipping away during machining operation.

What is more. manual power - 20 kgs  only by turning spindle can transform its clamping power up to 1200 kgs.

It is constructed with ductile cast iron ( FCD 45 ).
