The fluted countersink drills do much more precise & heavy chamfer than cross-hole one. Countersink drills are made with six common angles, which are 60°, 82°, 90°, 100°, 110°, or 120°, with the two most common of those being 82° and 90°. To gain clean chamfer for second machining is so essential that countersink with flutes can do burr-free radius. Made of M2 high speed steel, a variety of countersink with flutes  & angles are available for your demand.
